Services provided Websites With Kari offers website design services for small businesses, creators, and startups, with a focus on delivering clean, fast, and SEO-ready websites within 48 hours. Our pricing tiers include: Starter Site (£50): 1-page website, mobile-optimized, SEO-ready, delivered in 48 hours. Growth Site (£100): 3-page website, SEO setup, contact form, delivered in 48 hours. Pro Site (£200): 5-page website, advanced SEO, analytics setup, delivered in 48 hours. Custom Site (£250+): Fully custom design with unlimited pages, animations, and priority support. We also manage domain registration and hosting for your website as part of our service package, ensuring your site is live and accessible. Optional add-on services include: E-commerce setup (£50): Add a basic online store to your website. Social media integration (£30): Link your social media profiles with custom icons and feeds. Additional revisions (£30 per round): Extra rounds of revisions beyond the included allocation. Booking and payment terms To book a service, you must complete our booking form and make payment upfront. For the £250+ Custom Site tier, we will provide a custom quote before proceeding. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers like Stripe. Refunds are available within 24 hours of booking if the project has not started. If canceled after 24 hours but before delivery, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion. No refunds will be issued after the 48-hour delivery is complete. All prices are in GBP and are not subject to VAT, as we are not VAT-registered. Client responsibilities When using our services, you are responsible for: Providing all necessary content (e.g., text, images, logos) within 12 hours of booking to meet the 48-hour delivery timeline. Ensuring you have the legal rights to use any content provided for your website (e.g., images for a Stirling cafe). Failure to provide content on time may delay delivery, and Websites With Kari is not liable for such delays. Domain and hosting We manage domain registration and hosting for your website as part of our service package. This includes securing a domain name (if requested) and setting up hosting to ensure your site is live and accessible. We will maintain hosting for an initial period of 12 months, after which you may be responsible for renewal fees (to be agreed upon at the time of renewal). We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party domain or hosting providers. Intellectual property Upon full payment, you own the website design and can use it for your business purposes. Websites With Kari retains the right to showcase your website in our portfolio or marketing materials (e.g., as an example of a £100 Growth Site). We retain ownership of any templates, designs, or code until full payment is received. You grant us permission to use your provided content (e.g., logos, images) to create your website. Revisions and support The £50 and £100 tiers include one round of revisions within 7 days of delivery. The £200 and £250+ tiers include priority support for 14 days post-delivery. Additional revisions or support beyond these periods are available at an hourly rate of £30, or as an add-on service (£30 per round). We are not responsible for ongoing maintenance or updates to your website unless agreed upon separately. Limitations of liability Websites With Kari is not liable for any downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Framer, Carrd, or domain/hosting providers) or for losses due to your website content. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your service (e.g., £200 for a Pro Site). We are not responsible for any loss of business, profits, or data resulting from the use of our services. Termination We may terminate your project if payment is not received or if you fail to provide required content within a reasonable timeframe, with no refund issued. You may cancel your project within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, or after 24 hours but before delivery for a 50% refund, subject to our refund policy. Governing law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, UK. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stirling, Scotland.
